Terms of Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1KIXX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1kixx and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or damage arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes
